Student Notice :
To ensure the discipline of our studio, to guarantee the benefits of students and to provide a safety environment for practicing and learning, IRON Thai Boxing Studio will execute the following regulations.

• All students must pay for the tuition fee by cash when singing up, and all the lessons must be attended within 30 days of payment. All the paid tuition fee will not be refunded, information will be announced if any classes are being cancelled.
• Students should respect our instructors and classmates. Smoking and swearing are prohibited in our studio.
• All students must treasure all the facilities and equipments, if we discovered any artificial damages, we reserved all rights for taking further investigation.
• Students must obey the guidance of instructors; otherwise, we take no responsibilities for any personal injuries.
• Students can not attend or organize any activities under the name of IRON Thai Boxing Studio without the permission from IRON Thai Boxing Studio.
• We reserved all rights to reschedule the lessons, and to videotape, audiotape and take photographs during the lessons.
• Our studio has provided member card for each member, member number will be needed as registration before the lesson begins.
• Reservation can be made one week in advance and at least half-day notice for any cancellation. For the late comers, no extra time will be given for that lesson and for students who are absent, the reserved lesson will be deducted.
• For those who cannot finish the bought lessons within ONE month, the remaining lessons will be automatically transferred to the next month when the student applies for the new lessons. Otherwise, the remaining lessons will be cancelled.
• For those students who lost their member card, they must have a replacement member card at a cost of HKD20.00.
•  Member card can only be used by the owner and cannot be re-distributed.
•  When the Hong Kong Observatory has issued or within two hours of issuing black rainstorm signal, No. 8 or above tropical cyclone warning signal, we will be closed without any notices.
•  For those who need to carry personal properties like mobile phone during lesson, please set the mobile phones to the functions of "vibration" or "silence".  All personal items must be taking care of by themselves. We have no responsibilities for any losses or damages of student's personal properties.
