IRON Thai Boxing Studio persists the spirit of having and strengthens a good health and body, and sharing this passion of sport with friends. Our Studio provides the basic practice elements, concept of philosophy, techniques classifying, and to find out all the concerned problems during practices. Thai Boxing includes five main elements – “Physique”, “Patience”, “Speed”, “Resourcefulness”, “Boxing Skills”; proper practices are good for human’s mind and body, and beneficing not only on daily life but also on exercising.
Muay Thai Introduction
Muay Thai is an art of Thailand with a long-lasting history, it is a scientific sport, it is also having a great tradition of Thai culture. Muay Thai training can develop high speed movements of limbs, and strengthen our alertness and gait, increasing our flexibility for allowing us to increase and decrease speed while changing directions. Nerves system of Human Beings are good at memorizing movements, in repeat of same motion, muscle and nerves can be synchronized and can create high precision of movements. Long-term Muay Thai training can increase one person's flexibility, movements can be more efficiency. In general, regular Muay Thai training can expand our ribcage for developing breathing muscles, increasing our lungful and blood circulations, and increasing the percentage of oxygen in blood while decreasing breathing density. Muay Thai training can strengthen our bones and skeleton, allowing greater defenses, as the inside and outside layers of our bones are thicker, our joints will become stronger and more flexible.
